Welcome to Sandpoint! Our home is conveniently located in one of the most walkable neighborhoods in town, just a short stroll or bike ride from downtown, City Beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and the Pend d'Oreille Bay Trail.
From Highway 95
- Follow Highway 95 into Sandpoint.
- Turn onto Cedar Street and continue west toward downtown.
- Turn onto 5th Avenue.
- Continue to Oak Street.
- Turn onto Oak Street and proceed to 815 Oak Street.
- The home will be on your left.
From Spokane International Airport (GEG)
- Exit the airport and follow signs to I-90 East.
- Take US-95 North toward Sandpoint.
- Continue on US-95 North into Sandpoint.
- Follow the directions above from Highway 95.
Approximate drive time: 1 hour 45 minutes.

• Downtown Sandpoint shops, restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops: approximately 5–10 minutes.
• Sandpoint City Beach: approximately 10–15 minutes. City Beach offers swimming, picnicking, playgrounds, tennis courts, and beautiful views of Lake Pend Oreille.
• Pend d'Oreille Bay Trail and Sandpoint's bike route network: easily accessible from the neighborhood and perfect for walking, running, or biking.
